Happy Beach Yoga Retreat invites you to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of ease, joy, and connection. This retreat is all about letting go, recharging, and embracing simple happiness.

Each day includes movement. Whether it’s Pilates by the pool, or Buti Yoga by the beach, or Restorative Yoga in the living room after a sun and sand filled day. There’s plenty of time to relax, explore, laugh, and connect—whether that means lounging in the sun, enjoying group activities, or simply doing nothing at all.

Daily Beach Yoga

 Waking up each day of the retreat means stepping right into the rhythm of the water. Our daily beach yoga sessions invite you to move with the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and the feeling of sand beneath your feet. 

Meals included

Actual kitchen and dining area where we will gather and make/eat our meals. Don't worry about meal planning. I got that covered.

 On Friday evening, we gather to gently transition out of the work week and into presence. Through grounding meditation, flow yoga and a deeply immersive floating sound experience, you’ll begin to unwind layers of stress and settle into your body. This is a space to let go of what no longer serves you, supported by community and intention.

Between sessions, there is plenty of free time to make the experience your own—soak in the hot tub, paddleboard on the lake, or relax in stillness. Gather for lunch and journaling, then a fi

Myself with fellow 200 RYT Instructor Melissa Colvin have over 30 years of health and wellness experience between us and are excited to  offer time to connect, refuel, and simply enjoy.
