Step into a weekend designed to help you release, recharge, and reconnect. Fire and Water is a flexible, local retreat experience—created for real life. Whether you join us for one of the two days, both days, or even choose to stay overnight, this offering meets you exactly where you are.

On Friday evening, we gather to gently transition out of the work week and into presence. Through grounding meditation, flow yoga and a deeply immersive floating sound experience, you’ll begin to unwind layers of stress and settle into your body. As the evening deepens, we’ll work with the element of fire—symbolizing release and transformation—through a guided fire-burning ceremony. This is a space to let go of what no longer serves you, supported by community and intention.

Waking up each day of the retreat means stepping right into the rhythm of the water. Our daily beach yoga sessions invite you to move with the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and the feeling of sand beneath your feet.

Actual kitchen and dining area where we will gather and make/eat our meals. Don't worry about meal planning. I got that covered.

This three story 9 Bedroom 8 Bathroom house with Pool, Beach view, Game room, and spacious living areas is the perfect getaway spot for a Beach Yoga vacation

All bedrooms are very similar looking. These are the options: King with private bath $1200, Queen with private bath $1150, King with shared bath $1150, Single bed with shared bath $900 Additional person in room is $350 no discount for additional person, but any bedroom deposit put down before May 1 receives a $50 discount. Remaining due October 1
