Hello! My name is Tricia Wright and have found Yoga to be a blessing in my life that I love to share with others whenever and where ever I can.
I'm not naturally flexible! This is why I have a lot of options for us to explore during our classes. I strive to create a welcoming and an environment free of judgement that is accessible to every body that shows up.
I have used Yoga to overcome depression and anxiety. Sometimes I have bad days or spots, but Yoga is one of the ways I have found to help move and breathe through "the issues in my tissues"
I cannot wait to share Yoga with you and see how your body and mind thanks you.
Tricia Wright is a trauma informed teacher with over ten years of teaching experience, is registered with the Yoga Alliance ( Many Paths, One Yoga Alliance | Yoga Alliance ) and began her Yoga certification journey with Yogafit (Homepage | YogaFit Yoga Teacher Training) in 2009.
