Hi, I’m Tricia Wright!
Yoga has been a profound blessing in my life, and I’m passionate about sharing its transformative power with others wherever and whenever I can.
Here’s a little secret: I’m not naturally flexible! That’s why I offer plenty of options in my classes, so everyone can explore what feels best for their body. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where every body feels seen, supported, and encouraged to show up just as they are.
Yoga has been my anchor through life’s ups and downs, helping me navigate depression and anxiety. While I still face challenges from time to time, yoga has taught me how to breathe and move through “the issues in my tissues.” It’s a practice that continually nurtures both my body and mind.
I can’t wait to share this incredible journey with you and watch as your body and mind thank you for showing up. Let’s explore, move, and grow together!

Whether you’re looking to match your outer strength with your inner resilience, become a little more flexible, or find greater peace of mind, yoga is for you. Truly, anyone and every body can do yoga—regardless of age, body size, gender, or any other self-doubt that might tell you otherwise.
I promise, you can do yoga.
In my classes, I teach with passion, compassion, and a sprinkle of humor to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where everyone feels supported and encouraged. My goal is to help you feel empowered, both on and off the mat.
As Rumi so wisely said:
"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself."
